A. Instagram Graph API Data

When you connect your Instagram Professional Account via Meta OAuth authorization, we receive permissions to access:

Profile Information: Instagram User ID (IGSID/ASID), Instagram handle/username, display name, and profile picture.
Content & Comments: Media IDs, post captions, public comments, and comment IDs left on your posts or reels to identify trigger keywords.
Direct Messaging Interactions: Incoming message sender IDs, message IDs, and user interaction postbacks strictly necessary to match your configured automated replies and follow-gate unlocks.

B. Account & Billing Information

Account Credentials: Name, email address, and encrypted credentials.
Payment Data: All payments are processed through Stripe, Inc. Dm Slide only receives tokenized customer IDs, subscription status, and transaction receipts. We never see or store full credit card numbers.

C. Technical & Diagnostic Logs

Standard web server logs, IP addresses, browser types, and session cookies required for authentication and security.

We process your data exclusively for legitimate operational purposes:

5User Data Deletion Instructions (Meta Platform Compliance)

In accordance with Meta Platform Terms (Section 4.b), users have the right to request deletion of their data at any time. You can delete or revoke your data using any of the following methods:

Method 1: Instant Self-Service Disconnect

Log in to your Dm Slide dashboard, navigate to Settings, and click Disconnect Instagram. This immediately purges your Instagram access tokens from our database and disables webhook listening.

Method 2: Revoke via Facebook / Instagram

You can revoke Dm Slide's access directly from your Meta account: Go to Instagram Settings > Security & Permissions > Apps and Websites > Select Dm Slide > Click Remove.

Method 3: Permanent Account Deletion Request

To request complete and permanent deletion of all your stored data, automations, and account records, send an email to hello@dmslide.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include your registered email address or Instagram handle. All related records will be permanently expunged from our production databases within 30 days.
